We built a full-stack digital platform that transforms how families approach long-term care. The platform guides care seekers through a structured, AI-powered discovery process, identifies their care stage, surfaces the most relevant specialist types, and matches them with vetted providers within a single coherent product experience.
The challenge was not simply to list providers. It was to replicate the judgment of an experienced care advisor: understanding the family situation, explaining which professionals are needed and why, and surfacing matches with context that builds genuine confidence.
